What is the role?
As a Junior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our consulting team to deliver quality outcomes for our customers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of our senior consultants:
• Assist our customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with other consultants and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Analyse existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the design of solutions to optimise business processes.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and assist with project management activities.
Initially, you will be part of customer meetings and project implementation workshops as you learn our business, products and customers. As you grow and develop, you will be given ownership of tasks and project work. Rest assured, mentoring, training and development will be provided to you each step of the way!
Who are we looking for?
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience within the finance industry, with a passion for technology and systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Independent and quick learner.
