Key Account Coordinator

Our client is a global freight forwarding and logistics company is the largest oil and gas freight forwarder in the world. Our client has been operating for over 50 years with a focus on sustainability, QHSE, development and maintaining a supportive, team focused work environment.   

ABOUT THE ROLE  

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support a small portfolio of accounts to coordinate the operational cargo movements via air, ocean and road freight. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Liaising with PFS offices, agents, contractors, third parties and clients in Australia and overseas
• Creating job files for all Key Account movements and chargeable activities
• Completing and communicating all necessary client reports
• Building rate schedules for new clients and preparing formal quotations as required
• Recording all jobs utilising Cargowise and preparing completed jobs for billing
• Arranging Hotshot transport to meet critical ROS deadlines

ESSENTIAL   

• Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Oil & Gas and Mining operations
• Knowledge of general freight forwarding domestic and International, break bulk, over dimensional and project cargoes
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

• Experienced CargoWise user
