The Position

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your duties will include:

• Establish, pursue, and secure business relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Regularly communicate with customers to nurture strategic relationships and facilitate client engagement
• Perform lead generation and identify sales opportunities within defined markets
• Ensure a complete, up-to-date client database to facilitate sales and marketing activities
• Negotiate, persuade, and achieve mutually beneficial sales outcomes
• Engage in any other projects and/or duties as required by Management
  

The Candidate

The successful applicant should have experience in sales within the manufacturing or distribution industry, preferably within a related role, as well as the following:

• Proven experience dealing with Plumbing Merchants
• Demonstrated background in B2B and F2F sales
• Strong communicator at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about sales and able to collaborate with teams to achieve shared success
• Success working independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with CRM software, with the ability to interpret and manage customer data
