ABOUT THE ROLE

The Knowledge Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for managing the organisation’s knowledge base within the ServiceNow platform. The Knowledge Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to create, curate, and maintain knowledge articles that enhance service delivery, improve incident resolution, and drive efficiency. This position is a 6-month full time fixed term position, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop and create high-quality knowledge articles based on best practices, industry standards, and organisational needs. 

·         Regularly review and update existing knowledge articles to ensure relevance and accuracy. 

·         Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve knowledge sharing and accessibility. 

·         Promote knowledge sharing culture across the organization. 

·         Monitor article performance metrics and adjust content as needed. 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·         Experience in preparing and delivering training materials. 

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

·         A process-driven mindset with attention to detail. 

·         An ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. 

·         Exceptional written English skills.
