YOUR ROLE
Join our Employee Relations project team and embark on a thrilling journey with a unique role that allows you to carve your own path! Support Employees and Managers with day-to-day queries in relation to Work Schedule and Timecard updates in UKG.
As our Support Administrator, your role will provide comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG, training of new users, and any problem shooting of issues encountered within the application. This role is also responsible for working with people managers to approve timesheets in readiness for Payroll Export each fortnight and processing of historical edits.
You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client orientated and outcomes focussed.
This role is a permanent role, and the role will be based in Sydney.

ABOUT YOU

• Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
• Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel
• Ability work autonomously
• Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources is desirable.
