Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a talented and motivated L2 Engineer to join leading Managed Services Provider. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support to clients, via phone, email and in person.
• Design, implement and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network issues.
• Manage WAN / WAL connectivity.
• Design, deploy and maintain Citrix environments.
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation.
• Assist with project work (small and large).
• Offer support, guidance and mentorship for junior engineers.
• Build exceptional relationships with customers and offer technical suggestions and insights.

  
Technologies Used:

• Microsoft 365 Applications experience.
• Windows Server experience.
• Collaboration tools experience (Teams, Skype for business).
• Virtualization experience (VMWare, VSphere, Citrix).
• Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (StorageCraft, Shadow Protect).
• Firewall experience (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Networking (switches, routers).
• Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP).

  
To Stand Out:

• Previous experience working in an MSP (not essential, but beneficial).
• Be a continuous learner, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
• Have or be willing to obtain relevant IT Certifications.
