Form of workThe Document Management Program team is responsible for migrating and centralising Document Management across Macquarie’s Asset Management division. We are a global team with team members in Sydney, London and New York City.

What role will you play?
Working globally, you will be responsible for current state assessment of Document Management practices and requirements gathering for future state design. You will be pivotal in ensuring Business Analysts, globally, have a clear understanding of their objectives and deliver to project timelines. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements from global stakeholders across public and private investments and ensuring that the product backlog is regularly refined to meet sprint cadence.
What you offer
- 8+ years business analysis experience
- Ability to lead a global team and travel to London and New York when required
- Experience working in agile scrum teams
- Experience managing UAT across a broad user base.
