This business encourages cross functional interaction throughout different business units and even companies throughout the group.Due to a number of business-critical projects which are taking place within the organisation, they now have an additional requirement to bolster their IT and Operations Teams and as part of this, they require an experienced Business Process Lead to maintain the incremental improvement of these functions whilst contributing to strategic growth projects. The RoleWith an organisation that continues to expand in revenue, geography and capability year after year, there is an appreciation for the development of the back-office function and the investment in improving their solutions, efficiencies, and processes. Reporting directly into the CIO this role will be looking at the day-to-day management of the business improvement function as well as high levels of contribution around projects surrounding process and technology. Specific responsibilities will include:Working with the current business improvement team through ongoing delivery of initiatives from current state understanding through to gap analysis and implementation of improvementsWorking across different business units including IT, risk, finance, HR and operations to provide technical expertise surrounding interface/software developmentsManaging the delivery of target operating models across different streams in the businessPartnering with senior leadership on a daily basis to understand key business drivers and ensuring delivery of strategic goalsDeveloping training and change schedules for business improvement initiativesPrioritizing change of people, process and technology based on risks and improvement return on investmentAdding value through projects of integrations, growth strategy and software implementationsThis is a great opportunity for an individual who views this end-to-end improvement position as an opportunity to develop their career and project skills base. Your ProfileYou are qualified Business Process Analyst or Consultant who holds a degree in IT, business or a related field. Preferably you have post grad / Masters qualifications in IT or Business Administration and have worked across fast paced organisations. You have worked in a similar project environment and you have experience in working with a fast-paced and vibrant workspace. You have worked in establishing or evaluating current processes and can make recommendations on where these could be improved. You do not need to come from a financial services background, however it would be beneficial.
