- Permanent Position
- ASX Top 50 Leading Energy Infrastructure Company
- Perth CBD
APA is a leading Australian energy infrastructure business. We own and/or manage and operate a diverse, $22 billion portfolio of gas, electricity, solar, battery and wind assets. Consistent with our purpose to strengthen communities through responsible energy, we deliver approximately half of the nation's gas usage and connect Victoria with South Australia, Tasmania with Victoria and New South Wales with Queensland through our investments in electricity transmission assets. We are also one of the largest owners and operators of renewable power generation assets in Australia, with wind and solar projects across the country.
We recently acquired Alinta Pilbara - an energy infrastructure business underpinned by high-quality gas power generation and renewable assets and a project pipeline of an estimated $3 billion dollars spread across the Pilbara and by a team with a track record of delivering safe and reliable operations, as well as growth. These Pilbara assets include solar and gas power generation, battery storage, and electricity and gas transmission infrastructure. This is an established business with long-term contracts and a significant development pipeline for future growth. The project pipeline includes exciting large scale wind, solar, storage and storage projects. This acquisition capitalises on our existing capabilities in energy infrastructure and positions us to be the leading independent energy solutions provider in the Pilbara.
We employ more than 2,700 people across Australia and know that they are the key to our success. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive culture, where all our people feel safe, valued, and trusted to do their best every day.
