A Learning Advisor is required by a NSW Government department based in Parramatta + WFH (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract with likely ongoing extensions.
- Location: Parramatta + WFH (hybrid)
- Pay Rate: $500 - $600 per day + Super
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 6 months with likely ongoing extensions
As the Learning Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the design & implementation of Learning & Capability programs across the department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitate programs including corporate inductions & apply learning principles to develop learning objectives, course content & evaluation outcomes
- Support the design & implement capability solutions to meet business needs
- Provide advice to line management & SMEs in relation to providing solutions for development & addressing capability gaps
- Manage the reporting process for compliance & mandatory training
- Drive & manage projects across Learning & Development
- Demonstrated experience working in Learning & Development including driving the design & implementation of fit for purpose solutions & programs
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to negotiate with all levels including Senior Leaders & other employees
- Experience in developing a range of presentations & reports for a broad range of audiences
