- Full time maximum term position up to 24 months (part time applications considered)
- Salary based on experience, range: $97,922- $122,400 plus super
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH/office model
Our Melbourne office on Wurundjeri land is seeking First Nations peoples to support Victoria Legal Aid to implement non-legal Learning and organisation development projects to enhance organisational capability to meet VLA's strategic direction of the RAP 3 plan and assist to embed our Cultural Learning Strategy.
In this role, you will design, implement, and deliver learning solutions for managers and staff by developing programs using multiple platforms focusing on Respectful Workplace Behaviours, inclusion and Cultural Safety. You will support and design programs with a focus on improving the experience of our First Nations staff and ensure that all staff are well equipped to respond to First Nations clients.
You will also provide assistance in refining our online Performance Management Program to ensure that all staff engage with our Cultural Learning Strategy and enhance Cultural Capability awareness within the organisation.

About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in analysing, designing and implementing successful learning programs to enhance cultural capabilities.
- Capability to consult with key stakeholders in proposing options and measure successful solutions that builds awareness of Cultural Capability.
- Experience in implementing programs that have utilised blended learning.
- This position is only open to First Nations Australians (mandatory).
