The HR Team are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join the growing team. You will work closely with the HR Manager/Team and cross functionally across compliance, IT and the training academy to co-design and deliver a comprehensive and innovative framework to support the Daikin’s objectives.
We are seeking a service-orientated team member that possess the following attributes:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or Learning and Development or Organisational Development
- Experience in managing multiple projects and change simultaneously.
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
- Organisational skills and can work prioritise work to meet deadline.
- Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate effectively across different levels of the organisation and department.
- Technological Proficiency – demonstrated experience in working with various Learning Management System (LMS), e-learning tool and other digital platforms.
