We are looking for a Registration Manager who will be instrumental in implementing these projects throughout the entire event build and delivery process. Working alongside our clients, you will help bring the event agenda to life, supporting the client and attendees along the way.
Training on all platforms will be provided, however a general knowledge of registration and event technology is highly regarded.
Experience with EventsAir is highly desired.
This full-time role will be based in Melbourne.

About youThe role of Registration Project Manager will suit a skilled events coordinator or manager with a knack for technology and high level of customer service.
Working with a small high performing project team you will be responsible for client management and liaison pre-event plus ensuring outstanding project execution including event build and onsite delivery. You will also be required to occasionally deliver training modules for product use to customers or crew.
You will be supported by an experienced project team and backed by a progressive management team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Solution design and builds following templates for platforms, apps and registration solutions
- App and registration site builds
- Solution configuration (exhibition lead capture, gamification, polling and Q&A, registration kiosk software)
- Kiosk setup and operation
- Client liaison
- Help desk support for attendees
- Project management (critical paths, WIP meetings)
- Updating manuals and support documentation as required
- Exporting and formatting post-event reports
- Filing of event files and follow-up feedback
- Participating in event debriefs and recording outcomes
- Coordination of corporate conferences, exhibitions, meetings and events - min 2 years
- Registration software experience is highly desired!
- Understanding of basic IT systems, PC and Mac
- Understanding of common event technology platforms, registration systems and apps
- A ‘can do’ attitude and desire to learn
- Extremely organised and enjoy taking initiative
- Customer service oriented (you love making life easier for your clients)
- Ability to coordinate multiple events at any one time
- Ability to problem solve and make executive decisions
- Ability to follow processes and maintain records
- Ability to deal with last-minute changes in a calm and productive manner
- Absolute attention to detail
- Flexibility in operating within developing structures and comfort with frequently changing priorities
