This is a brilliant opportunity to join a mid-tier firm in the CBD. As the Legal Assistant in the IP team, you will provide support to the Partner, Senior Associate and Lawyer.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Diary management
• Drafting and responding to emails with relation to Trademarks
• Drafting legal documents
• Preparing invoices and billing
• Database Management
• Answering incoming calls
• File management
• Ad hoc Administration as required

Ideally you will have experience working in IP/Trademarks and be able to hit the ground running. The Partner in this team is great to work for with an excellent sense of humour.
