The Opportunity

We are looking to fill the role of Legal Projects Administrator. 

In this role you will have a wide range of legal support duties, managing a renewals database, using our legal specific software to keep matters up to date, reviewing and processing incoming correspondence from various government bodies and a wide range of trade mark administration duties. In addition, you will be a key initial point of contact for any potential intellectual property clients and have a key role in   the client onboarding experience. As this role is client facing, a friendly and professional manner is important.  The right candidate will also need to be highly organised, able to work independently and be able to prioritise effectively. Training in high level intellectual property legal concepts will be provided to assist with this role.

This opportunity is ideal for an early career professional with experience in the legal industry or an account management style role.  We are open to filling this as either a part-time or full-time position.
