THE FIRMA well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm located in Brisbane's CBD is currently seeking a receptionist/legal assistant to join their team.
THE ROLEYour duties and responsibilities will include:
- meet and greet clients and other parties as they arrive at reception
- answering calls
- opening and closing files
- online searches
- dictation and document amendments
- banking, etc
ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 year admin experience in a law firm.
