We are a long-standing, small, busy and friendly law firm that covers Conveyancing, Leases, Wills, Estates and Family Law matters. We have built a great team to provide quality advice and services to our community for affordable prices. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Public Holidays. - Prior legal or office experience highly regarded but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls, Greeting clients, Making appointments, Maintaining front reception area
- Opening and archiving files
- Receipting client payments and issuing client invoices
- Maintenance of Safe Custody system
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Operating office equipment - telephones, computers, photocopier, scanner and printers
- Assist Solicitors and conveyancing with searches and client queries
- Recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Drafting correspondence and documents
- Scanning and filing
