Legal Receptionist

Armstrong Doessel Stevenson Lawyers (ADS Law) is a law firm as part of the Legal Practice Holdings Group  located in Strathpine. 

ADS Law works in areas of law including - Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Wills, Estates, Criminal Law, etc.

We'd like to invite you to join our team on a full-time basis.

We focus on providing our clients with an exceptional level of care and personal customer service.

You can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:

• Greeting our clients.
• Attending to the front line - Answering incoming calls from potential new clients and existing clients, taking messages, transferring calls, and managing enquiries.
• Setting appointments.
• Managing, setting up, and clearing meeting rooms.
• Keeping your areas tidy and looking Amazing.
• Providing general administration support to other staff (copying, filing, printing etc.)
• Management incoming and outgoing mail, (including running errands).
• Opening files and record management.
• Outside clerk duties (from time to time).

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Have a mature outlook.
• 2 years or more of demonstratable law firm receptionist experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a hardworking team.
• Previous experience in practice management system such as LEAP/Actionstep an advantage but not essential.
• Must have current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
