Clifford Gouldson Lawyers are looking for their next superstar Receptionist, on a full-time or a part-time job share basis in 2024. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to greet clients in the Toowoomba Office and assist the entire Clifford Gouldson team across the Toowoomba, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices with day-to-day administrative tasks. We are looking for a bubbly and warm Receptionist who has 2-3 years’ experience working as a receptionist in a busy environment, ideally in a legal setting. You will be responsible for; Answering telephones, directing calls, taking messages Greeting clients and others at reception Organise meeting rooms and ensuring IT requirements are working. Incoming mail – opening, scanning and distribution.
Outgoing mail – scanning and writing in post register. Filling – electronically and psychically Keep Lawmaster database up to date.
Assisting wider team and general office duties as required in Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane offices. Organising special morning teas/events. Assisting with hosting internal function and events
