We are pleased to announce that an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced, motivated Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team on a permanent full-time basis at our CBD office.

Your Varied Role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our office, assisting our Family Law and Commercial Property/Conveyancing teams. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming clients prior to their appointments, including offering and delivery of refreshments
- Phone management including answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Recording detailed messages and emailing staff accordingly
- General incoming email management and forwarding emails
- Maintaining the central calendar for client appointments
- Collection, opening and scanning of incoming mail
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail register
- Electronic and physical distribution of outgoing correspondence
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies, including catering for functions
- Maintaining safe custody documents / register
- Assisting with opening of new files and maintenance of client records
- Archiving files
- General office duties including maintaining kitchen and offices including boardroom
- Provide general support to the Office Manager
- Provide support and mentoring to Junior Receptionist
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Reception or Administration role. Law firm experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional client focus, ensuring everyone is provided with a professional service
- Professional presentation and warm manner
- Strong attention to detail while having a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in mentoring junior staff
- Excellent people skills as you will have direct client contact
- The ability to work as part of a team but also the ability to work unsupervised
- Fast accurate typing skills

Remuneration is negotiable in accordance with experience.
