Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal Secretary at Summit Legal in Sydney, NSW. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals, including preparing and drafting legal documents, managing calendars and appointments, and communicating with clients. The Legal Secretary will also be responsible for managing documents and electronic files, and conducting legal research as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a legal support role, preferably as a Legal Secretary
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with billing and timekeeping software
- Chinese language will be highly regarded
