Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Bracken Ridge, Brisbane QLD
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Managing day to day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, all relevant paperwork required and general administration work.
- Reception duties including answering and directing phone calls, typing, emails and general enquiries.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following attributes:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in computer programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Previous office experience or legal secretarial services involving access to Legal Aid and Commonwealth Courts Portal is preferred but not essential.
