Legal secretary – family law
A growing legal practice based in the Sydney CBD is currently looking for a Legal Secretary to assist our team.
You will be assisting predominately in family law matters. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a law firm.
You will be well-organised and motivated with good time management skills. You will be working closely with the practice’s principal and other lawyers in the firm.
Duties include: diary management, filing, liaising with clients, preparing invoices, dictation work, preparing indexes for documents for readiness in court, photocopying and collating, and other admin tasks.
Experience with LEAP legal software and writing-up dictations will be viewed favourably.
