We are representing a prestigious law firm that is seeking a talented Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to their legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the legal field, preferably within conveyancing.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a property litigation and project conveyancing team
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Diary management, scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings
Maintaining legal files, both in physical and electronic formats
Communicating with external parties and clients
Dictation and transcription
Providing administrative support, such as answering phones, processing mail, and filing documents, billings and invoices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary preferably in conveyancing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive mindset, team oriented, great energy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Full time Monday- Friday
