We are seeking an enthusiastic person to perform general secretarial legal duties including:
- Assistance in both conveyancing and wills and estates departments, including:
- ordering conveyancing searches
- setting up PEXA workspaces
- assistance with preparation of initial letters
- engagement with clients and other firms
- Preparation and lodgement of applications for probate and letters of administration
2. Preparation of wills, powers of attorney and other legal documents;
3. Preparation of briefs;
4. Typing dictated file notes and other documents;
What you need to be successful
- Applicants must have:
- legal experience
- good typing and word processing skills
- a positive telephone manner
- strong organisation skills
- attention to detail
- a friendly, positive, self-motivated attitude
This is an excellent opportunity for a person already working in the legal field.
This is a full time position, with the ability to work a 9 day fortnight if preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge.
