The Role:
Provide legal support within the workplace team, supporting multiple dynamic partners and a busy team of lawyers. You will work collaboratively alongside a team of administrative staff, assisting on a range of workplace matters for both public and private sector clients. Your duties may include:
- Client reporting
- Drafting and amending legal documents
- High volume file management
- Assisting with client updates on legal developments
- Coordinating meetings and diaries
- End of month billing processes
- Various ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be highly motivated and willing to upskill. You will also have the below skills and qualities:
- Organised, diligent and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional manner and well presented
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- High level attention to detail
- MUST be able to commit full-time hours
