Our client is seeking a professional, career secretary to join and provide support within the Workplace team of their national law firm. Based in their Sydney office, this is a full-time role, offering an exceptional working culture and career growth.
The Role:
Provide legal support within the workplace team, supporting multiple dynamic partners and a busy team of lawyers. You will work collaboratively alongside a team of administrative staff, assisting on a range of workplace matters for both public and private sector clients. Your duties may include:

• Client reporting
• Drafting and amending legal documents
• High volume file management
• Assisting with client updates on legal developments
• Coordinating meetings and diaries
• End of month billing processes
• Various ad hoc administrative tasks

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be highly motivated and willing to upskill. You will also have the below skills and qualities:

• Organised, diligent and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional manner and well presented
• Ability to handle competing priorities
• High level attention to detail
• MUST be able to commit full-time hours
