Position Overview:
As a Level 1 Engineer you will be the face of the business, providing front-end support to clients. Time management and communication are crucial for prioritizing and meeting customer expectations. You will be given everything you need to succeed from day 1 – very supportive team environment. This is the perfect role for an ambitious L1 Engineer with roughly 12 months experience, who wants to take their career to the next level!

To Be Successful:
- Have excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with AD.
- Experience with MS Windows Servers.
- Experience with MS Exchange Servers.
- Experience with MS Office365 solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision.
- Strong work ethics, initiative and troubleshooting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and assisting clients remotely with break-fix issues, escalating as needed.
- Managing the support queue and supporting senior engineers.
- Setting up new users following standard procedures.
- Disabling user accounts using established procedures.
- Configuring workstations and installing software.
- Troubleshooting basic issues for servers, networks, workstations, and Microsoft 365.
- Seeking guidance for issue resolution and continuously improving service desk skills.
- Monitoring system and ticket system for alerts, resolving simple issues, and escalating complex ones to Level 2 engineers.
