- Your role will include providing comprehensive first-level support.
- Ability to work independently & effectively as part of a busy Service Desk team.

- Able to support & communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
Experience
- IT Qualification is viewed favorably, however not mandatory.
- Great documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues in a friendly manner.
- In this role, you will be working on a rotational roster.
To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Australia and will be required to undergo a Police Check.
