• Responsibilities: Provide Level 2-3 support to our bustling office of 180 desks
• Expertise: Navigate hardware and software challenges with finesse

Requirements:

• 3 + years of ICT support experience
• Full working rights in Australia
• Proficiency in Microsoft environment (Office 365, Azure, Windows 10/11)
