About this role
As Library Administration Officer you will be responsible for the coordination of the Dental Health Services Library.
In this role, the successful candidate will work to manage library resources in the facilitation of loans and returns, as well as managing subscriptions and payments of journals and online databases. You will also liaise with the Regional Dental Officer to maintain a comprehensive and up to date collection of resources in the library.
This is a part time role, 0.7 FTE or 52.5 hours per fortnight.

We require an individual with demonstrated organisational ability and time management skills. An individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively serve customers and Dental Health Services.

Eligibility to Apply
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
