Lifestyle Assistant

We are looking for the “right attitude”. This role is required to implement an engaging, person focussed leisure and lifestyle program that focuses on wellness and provides a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness.

LOCATION:
Karinya Grove, 3 Aberdeen Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 18:00 pm

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support will be beneficial

• A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
• The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and problem-solving ability
• Sound understanding of person focussed care
• Knowledge and ability to run a memory support program
