The Role
As a member of our team, you will report to the Principal Solicitor, collaborating closely with our Litigation Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer and other members of the firm.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the litigation process. This includes representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and providing strategic advice to clients on litigation matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the legal team, including paralegals and other lawyers, to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Strong communication, analytical, and advocacy skills are essential for success in this role, along with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Your Skills
- 4+ years PQE
- Demonstrated capability to run legal files end to end.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills facilitating exceptional client relations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within Property Law (desirable)
