Your new role
In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties, including but not limited to;

• Handle all inbound communications from Internal and External stakeholders
• Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders
• Deliver administration support to the Logistics Supervisor
• Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
• Maintain accurate databases and documentation
• High level of data entry

What you'll need to succeed
In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics Administration is highly regarded.
• Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites
• 2+ years' experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
