Logistics And Customer Service Officer

OTR is a Western Australia owned national leader in the supply and service of tyre, wheel and axle solutions for the mining, construction and agriculture industries.

OTR Tyres are currently seeking Logistics & Customer Servicer Officer to support our experienced team. A challenging yet rewarding hybrid role that combines the best of warehousing and office-based logistics. This role will see opportunities to advance your career in the service and supply industry with certification and development programs based at our Karratha branch.

Responsibilities of Role:

• First point of contact of Customers and clients
• Engage in hands-on branch/stores duties, maintaining the highest safety standards
• Coordinate logistics activities, including booking freight, receiving orders, and parts interpretation, utilising data-driven approaches with tools like Excel
• General housekeeping of workshop and fleet vehicles
• Operate Forklift 

To be successful:

• Previous experience in Warehousing and/or Workshop environment 
• Minimum current Australian C Class Drivers Licence
• High Risk Forklift Licence
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Teamwork orientated and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks of the role and use hand and power tools
