Logistics Billing Officer

Job tasks and responsibilities

Main Duties will include:

• Update and maintain customer rate cards in Cargowise
• Liaise, update and maintain shipping line/ airline rate cards in Cargowise
• Prepare and/ or review costing sheets
• Implement auto-rating in Cargowise
• Assist with customers queries
• Other ad hoc duties specified by direct manager
   

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Cargowise is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Reliable and self motivated
• Exceptional time management skills
• Analytical and problem solving approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Accounts Receivable knowledge
