Lotus Commercial is a commercial kitchen service business with 30 years of experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy, exhaust cleaning, air conditioning filter maintenance, and various sanitization services.
The Opportunity:
Lotus Commercial is growing and looking for a Service Coordinator to join our busy filter exchange team. Based at Heidelberg West this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous service coordination and/or logistics experience, has a keen eye for detail, great communication, amazing IT skills, and outstanding customer service skills. The position will report to the Southern Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Telecalling customers, ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of jobs for customers in accordance with agreed service schedules
• Edit existing and new customer details in the operating system (Simpro)
• Ensure all changes are documented on the roster each day. (e.g. Employee sick days, customer cancellation, job notes, access requirements, and inductions)
• Support operational resources in the creation and maintenance of service schedules.
• Liaise with operational resources to process and administer short-term changes to the operational service schedule.
• Ensure customer specifics, access keys, and security codes are current and with technicians for each job.
• Assist in factory and delivery operations where operationally required.
• Manage the performance of the drivers ensuring minimum service delivery standards are met.
Qualifications and Attributes required:
• Oral & written communication; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Planning & Organisation; have excellent time management and organization skills.
• Attention to detail: be diligent in recording and maintenance of information on databases.
• Production efficiency; perform tasks quickly, at a high standard, and with minimal resources.
• Initiative; take appropriate action without request or intervention of others
• Self-sufficiency; Produce superior results working independently with limited guidance and control
• Teamwork; maintain their place in the team environment and assist others when required, especially via Teams/Video Calls
• IT literate, quick to learn, and confident to explore capabilities of IT applications - Advance knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word. Knowledge of customer portals and inductions is a huge advantage.
