Joining our Loyalty Squad in the Customer Tribe, this role will be:
Responsible for overarching Loyalty offer framework and act as the key point-person for the coordination and execution of promotional loyalty offers.
They will be responsible for Influencing, advising and coordinating in-app promotions aligning to CLO and other key strategic focus areas and working closely across the enterprise, specifically Product teams, Data Integrity, In-store experience, external agencies and Customer tribe.
There are two main areas for this role:
- Developing, influencing and executing loyalty promotions to deliver personalised value for members. The loyalty promotional framework execution entails working with various internal stakeholders (product, finance and customer) and external creative partners to drive growth in member value and scan rate.
- Leading the day to day relationship with the Velocity Frequent Flyer program team. You will spend your time working with them to drive incremental initiatives to grow partnership value, improve member experience and deliver more integrated communications from the My 7-Eleven App, CRM marketing, media and instore experiences.

Key to your success will be designing and delivering propositions and communications to customers that build 7-Eleven brand & product perceptions, ultimately driving transaction growth and profitability.
