Maintenance Coordinator

Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Due to national expansion, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to liaise with our customers to complete maintenance repairs prior to insurance works being undertaken. 

This role is located in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast. 

The role:

• Provide high level customer service focused on maintaining regular communication with the insured and our clients to always ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to established industry standards and deliver the highest standard of service to our clients and customers
• Liaise with our approvals team to identify relevant maintenance repairs
• Liaise with customers over the phone to coordinate maintenance repairs prior to insurance repairs being completed
• Assist customers in sourcing qualified trades to complete maintenance repairs

Highly desirable characteristics & skills:

• Have your Trade Qualification - Carpentry or other. Experience in renovations and repairs, especially wet areas, is highly desirable.
• Would suit a seasoned professional with experience across roofing trades including general building knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in repair or renovation works
• Willing to be a part of a team.
• Need a good level of IT experience and will use Microsoft products and our own customised system (which we will train you on)
• Is willing to commit to their training to learn a very specialised and industry valued skill from the best team in the industry!
