This role is located in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast.
The role:
- Provide high level customer service focused on maintaining regular communication with the insured and our clients to always ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to established industry standards and deliver the highest standard of service to our clients and customers
- Liaise with our approvals team to identify relevant maintenance repairs
- Liaise with customers over the phone to coordinate maintenance repairs prior to insurance repairs being completed
- Assist customers in sourcing qualified trades to complete maintenance repairs
- Have your Trade Qualification - Carpentry or other. Experience in renovations and repairs, especially wet areas, is highly desirable.
- Would suit a seasoned professional with experience across roofing trades including general building knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in repair or renovation works
- Willing to be a part of a team.
- Need a good level of IT experience and will use Microsoft products and our own customised system (which we will train you on)
