About the Role
Based at Bennetts Green and reporting to the Engineering Manager APAC, the Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the administration and execution of all maintenance activities of the Bennetts Green manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of maintenance schedules including the Toolroom and Machine Shop. The duties and responsibilities associated with this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures that all maintenance tradesmen meet their planned maintenance schedules.
- Delivers machine availability in accordance with company expectations for OEE.
- Actively promotes continuous improvement through machine availability improvements and the elimination of waste.
- Works with the Maintenance Planner to achieve preventative maintenance plans and maintain equipment uptime to meet production requirements. Further ensures the Toolroom and Machine Shop meets the needs of stakeholders and customers.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to trades team to support a proactive culture.
- Models a focus on continuous improvement by actively raising and promoting opportunities for the factory.
- Completes quality audits and ensures that quality inspections/gauging/audits are being completed as required.
- Initiates reprocessing/scrapping of non-conforming product in conjunction with planning team.
- Ensures that Maintenance personnel are working in compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
About You

Essential:
- Relevant trade or manufacturing qualifications
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Navision, Word)
- Leadership: Ability to engage, support, motivate, consult and direct others
- Communication: Clear oral and written communicator
- Organisation: Able to organise and plan own and others’ activities
Desirable:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- First Aid Certificate
- Diploma in Frontline Management (FLM)
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Engineering
