Georgiou are currently seeking applications from a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the plant maintenance team on our exciting Alliance project in the North West, Fitzroy Crossing. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the community and to be part of the Team. The roster is 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

What you're good at:
You're one of the best. Someone with:
* Ensuring productivity is measured and benchmarked against industry best practice;
* Effective implementation of routine maintenance while prioritising break down repairs;
* Control of maintenance and workshop costs;
* Reviewing and reporting on performance with a focus on efficiency;
* People management through effective leadership;
* Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
* Proven experience with a range of CAT mobile earthmoving equipment including Scrapers, Dozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders and Excavators
* Construction white card
* Hold a valid C Class License (HR License is desirable)
* Have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace
What you'll do (but not limited to):
Reporting to the Project Manager on site you will be responsible for the day to day management of the maintenance crew. This role will oversee and contribute to the successful maintenance of our fleet on site including but not limited to Articulated & Rigid Trucks, Scrapers, Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders and light vehicles.
