The Role

Reporting to the Plant Controller, the Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering key accounting services for the manufacturing site. This is a key role in the existing structure that will be responsible for monthly reporting and analysis, supporting in the budget and forecasting processes and liaising with a number of internal stakeholders.

Duties will include;

• Month end accounting and reporting - reconciliations, analysis, and commentary
• Financial Reporting - P&L and Balance sheet reporting and analysis
• Provide key support in monthly forecasting process
• Work with management on annual budget preparation and development
• Provide high quality financial analysis and reporting on weekly basis.
• Prepare GL accounts and reconciliations.
• Manage relationship with senior internal stakeholders onsite
• Support with ongoing continuous improvement

Your Profile

As an experienced CA/CPA qualified accountant, you will be a strong communicator and detail orientated professional with the ability to deal with competing deadlines and priorities. Experience in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics sectors is highly desirable.

By showing the willingness to learn and offer an alternative viewpoint, you will enable the finance team and broader business to improve its effectiveness.

Proficiency in using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
