In this newly created role you'll analyse the internal software programs and business processes used by the group, determining where efficiencies could be gained by using the technologies more effectively. You'll also be involved in specific projects to improve workflow and in time, provide consulting advice to clients in respect to their business processes and systems.
Utilising your analytical strengths, you'll work across the whole business including accounting, mortgage broking and financial planning. Assisting with data transfers following M&A activity and helping to drive the use of AI moving forward will add to your challenge. You'll also use your accounting knowledge to supervise the Bookkeeping team.
With a minimum of an accounting degree, your Xero knowledge and advanced Excel skills will be well-utilised. You will have an excellent understanding of technology, with strengths in problem solving and a detail orientation.
