The Management Accountant is accountable to the Manager Financial Control for the preparation of/or assisting in the preparation of, regular returns for whole of Government reporting, monitoring and reporting on administered budgets, annual fees fines and charges review, and undertaking financial reviews and investigations and provide costing advice. The Management Accountant will also assist in management accounting and other areas within the Branch as required and assist with the development and review of SAPOL's annual audited financial statements with Shared Services SA.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Requirements
An appropriate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics majoring in Accounting
Salary
ASO4 - $75,430 - $79,070 per annum
