Financial Services at Metro South Health are looking for a Manager of Business and Performance to join their team. Financial Services provides financial leadership, business advice, strategic financial policy and governance to enable Metro South Health to deliver quality and efficient health services to the community. This role is Permanent and based at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

About the Role
- Provide leadership and expertise in financial management, performance measurement, contract management, service agreement, activity-based funding, and corporate governance activities as the finance partner of the Divisional Executive Team.
- Be accountable for the timely provision of high-level business planning and coordinating Divisional financial management deliverables.
- Be an effective business partner enabling divisional services to deliver quality, affordable services that are consistent with the strategic, funding, and operational directions of the Division and Hospital that contribute to long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain appropriate reporting systems, policies, procedures and guidelines to facilitate effective performance, financial and resource management.
