An exciting opportunity arises to join the City Assets & Operations team as the Manager Business Improvement. Reporting to the Executive Director you will be a senior technical expert within Council responsible for reviewing and investigating current business processes, along with developing and delivering technology-based Business Improvement solutions. About the role: Undertake business process and service reviews and create Business Improvement plans. Analyse data, develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Council’s strategic direction. Provide leadership in asset management engineering, practices and in drafting and development of Asset Management Plans. Design and develop custom applications using the ArcGIS JavaScript API with current web application development technologies such as Angular. Engage with internal stakeholders across multiple directorates to develop digital programs that deliver continuous improvement. Provide guidance, training, and technical support to staff.
