The Role
You will manage a team with a coaching and professional leadership style as well as manage client relationships and assist in highly complex client meetings.
Further Duties
- Manage and drive team performance through coaching and ongoing mentorship.
- A proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad group of clients
- Ensuring work is delivered by your team to a high standard and all client expectations are met
- Working with other specialists to provide a full range of services to clients
- Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks
- Create a culture of teamwork and collaboration and assist in personal and professional development for the team.
The Applicant
- 4-6+ years’ experience in Business Services & Tax from public practice
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field
- Professional qualification, such as CPA or CA
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and influence and build strong working relationships
