Collaboration is at the heart of this role as you work across the institution to ensure that our programs, activities, and services are inclusive and accessible to all students. Additionally, you will support the delivery of key student lifecycle events, such as orientation, graduation and Faculty Awards and Prize nights. Leveraging strong event and project management methodologies and engaging students as partners, you will create impactful events with clearly defined objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and a strong project management and events background. Essential qualifications include experience in large scale events, team management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. A commitment to continuous improvement, utilizing current and emerging technologies in higher education, and applying inclusive, culturally respectful practices is essential. Prior experience in a higher education setting is desirable.
