About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Evaluation and Review (Deputy Inspector-General), the Manager Evaluation and Review leads a team to plan and conduct evaluations and reviews to assess the capacity, capability and performance of the emergency management sector against intended community-focused outcomes and leading practice.
About you
IGEM would welcome a person who is passionate about conducting system wide evaluations and reviews who would value the opportunity to broaden their experience through a fixed-period position.
This role is ideal for someone with:
- demonstrated experience in leading the planning and conduct of high-level evaluation and review
- demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams
- demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector.
