Manger – Food Melbourne is responsible for managing, leading, growing and improving the performance of Food Melbourne. The Manager – Food Testing Melbourne (Level 5) is responsible for the day-to-day management of 4-C56 Food Chemistry Testing Melbourne (AU) & 4-C79 Food Microbiology Testing Melbourne (AU) which includes responsibility for health and safety, quality systems and controls, human resources, financials, operations, sales and business development, technical requirements and methodologies, and the formulation and execution of the strategic and operational plans.

• Demonstrated experience as a successful people leader, with a focus on safety, quality, production, re-engineering and cost reduction, with proven leadership experience.
• Energetic, passionate and strongly business minded, with a history of quality and relevant experience.
• Experience in business development, and developing strong and robust relationships with clients.
• Understanding of the relevant Eurofins Business Line, and/or experience in similar environments (e.g. Laboratory Setting, Field work etc.).
• Experience in quality and accreditation processes, will be an advantage.
• Background and/or experience in technical (e.g. scientific, engineering, manufacturing) aspect of the BU or in a process driven environment, will be an advantage.
• Technical or commerce qualifications and/or university master’s level qualifications, will be an advantage.
