Reporting to the Head of People and CEO Office, this role will provide professional Human Resources advice and guidance to the business and manage the delivery of a range of HR programs of work.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic and operational Human Resources advice and guidance to the business.
- Contribute toward enhancing the agency’s positive, values based, organisational culture.
- Support strong adherence to current legislative and regulatory obligations and contemporary good practice.
- Manage the delivery of key programs of work related to culture, engagement, WHS, performance, remuneration and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate a people focused mindset and capability to drive vision, purpose, and outcomes.
Candidate Attributes to include:
- Completed or working toward tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) OR AHRI Certified Practitioner of Human Resources (CPHR) Mandatory
- Considerable experience in HR focused Manager or Business Partner role gained in a knowledge-based organisation and within a highly regulated environment Mandatory
- Experience in an Australian Public Service agency Highly Desired
- Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance banking or financial service Desired
Note, the role is based in Sydney CBD, and you must be an Australian citizen and able to successfully obtain the Australian Government's baseline security clearance.
